YAH

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, do not lean your own understanding

Proverbs 3:5 ESV

The mind seeks to comprehend the mysteries of this world,

The heart, to find comfort, a pillar of strength to rest on.

I have heard about You all my life, from my mother’s womb, supplications of protection and guidance,

Introduced to You before I could articulate, YAH

Clinged to You as a coping mechanism to pierce through the injustices bestowed upon me,

I have read extensively about You, embarked on the quest to prove Your existence,

Reduced to a mere feeling, to me You will always be greater than that,

Disrated to a faction of one’s imagination, to me Your greatest is indescribable.

I have no conception, point of reference of what the term Father is supposed to me yet I attach all and unknown connotations & synonyms to YAH,

As I lean not on my own understanding, I watch Thy continue to defy forces, thus I Trust
