Exhausted

Sometimes faith is all we have, in the midst of a chaotic world, hope is our main coping mechanism,

Sometimes we have to be our own friend, when there is some much we wish to say but nonexistent beings to share them with,

Sometimes we ignore signs that we may need help, afraid of the stigma that comes from admitting we aren’t okay,

Sometimes we are the pain catalysts in someone else’s life, so focused on our definition of what it beings to live, we trigher unrealistic expectations they feel the pressure to adhere to,

Sometimes we need to slow down, breathe make those heavily emotive decisions,

Sometimes we have to take a step back, listen and pay attention, the signs that he, she, they may not be okay are right there, so focused on ourselves we do more damage than if we just stayed away,

Sometimes…
