Catalyst

He made her change

Challenged the chemical equations within her brain

He made her change

Made her go against all she was and knew, generated pain

I became someone else at his hand

Unable to recognize her reflection, the only remember of her being are her scars

Unable to remember who she was was, she smiles at the opportunities this new shell will bring

I’m not the same

Accepting her reality to get a head start into the future

Accepting she will never be that girl, it’s okay and this time she was sure

With no choice, no options, he made her change

Afraid she followed, forging her own identity
