My perception of a feminist was natural, no make up, poetic and random women, but I was wrong, you don’t have to let go of your make up and fancy color clothing because you want to be a feminist.
It is all about doing things for yourself and not to please or attract the opposite gender, the men.
I am proud to say that I am a feminist, I believe in the gender equality of both men and women. I think I have also being a feminist, from my childhood as I was raised by powerful and determined women. My mom was both my dad and mother, she would never let a man intimidate her.
Despite being a feminist from a young age, I was scared to be called by that tittle, but now that I fully understand it, I wear it as high as I can and just like my mother and sisters, I do not let a man make me feel inferior…
I am a feminist and I am proud to be one…
